The approaching method is a decisive element for the success of the project. SAP s.r.l. holds in great consideration the fi rst stage of analysis of the customer’s needs and uses since the beginning an important portion of the available resources. Having a global and defi nite view on the problems and future perspectives and expectations of the customer is essential to the success of any project. SAP s.r.l. aims at creating a synergistic relation with the customer, thus becoming a reference subject, able to fi nd concrete solutions in terms of quality, costs and implementation times.

On the basis of the elements collected, the fi rst stage of the study can start. This fi rst step fi xes the trend of the project structure. The co-operation between SAP s.r.l. and the customer al-lows to reach an optimal guide line through information exchange. Any feed-back from the customer is also kept for future projects. An intensive use of CAD/CAE programs (computer-assisted engineering and design) during plant design and construction makes it possible the co-operation among specialists from different branches, working on the same project at the same time, thus improving the project co-ordination, reducing mistakes and increasing productivity.

The integration of sales and engineering functions, together with the availability of a complete range of skills and exper- iences allow a selection of suppliers naturally leading to a real, global project optimisation.
An in-depth knowledge of internationally known suppliers of materials and services distributed in the regions of greater interest ensures supplies which are reliable and adequate to the specific aspects of the projects and to the customer’s needs.
Control
- Processing of a supervision program

This stage is a primary aspect for the good working of constructed plants and equipment and for the correspondence of the fi nal product with the basic requests of the initial project in terms of quality, performance and time.
To this end, SAP s.r.l. has created an organisation dedicated to controlling and urging supplies and to inspections, thus ensuring a timely feeding of construction activities and a complete adherence with the requested quality requirements.
